Hulk, I read through the current pile of posts before offering this respectful correction.
You said "Scott Kelly is a neurosurgeon". Our CYDY SK is not a neurosurgeon or surgeon.
From the web (too unskilled at typing to do it myself)-- Scott Kelly, MD is a physical medicine & rehabilitation specialist. Dr. Kelly completed a residency at Emory University School of Medicine (My edit: completed in 2000). Dr. Kelly is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
