"I’m glad you’ve had good experiences with the company. The CEO was hostile to me right out of the gate . I’m aware of at least two other women in the LC community who’ve had the same experience. The opportunity 4 him to do positive outreach and effective communication was not taken."
Don't let facts get in the way of a colorful story. Mind was made up from the get go which is the problem with some people that can't have an open mind.

Think of all the people who could be helped if the active ingredient in the product, gromwell root, was clinically studied for efficacy. It’s TCM, and very inexpensive. I’m going to try it in the 20 dollar tincture form, because there’s no freaking way it’s worth 300 bucks.

I don’t need to talk to the CEO of the company to know that they are trying to rip off desperate people. You don’t try to get a patent on your mysterious “extraction method” of a cheap plant out of the kindness of your heart.
Exactly who was hostile? You didn't even want to talk to the company as you were to busy 'ranting'. Of course the stock trolls didn't help either.
