Some institutions look at leading and lagging indicators as components of their decision to buy/sell
A very lagging indicator would be waiting until earnings release day to figure out what to do. Safe approach, but sometimes too late.
For LIVE Stream Shopping, one leading indicator is how fast your are signing up companies.
Why does that matter?
Pretty simple. The more companies you have, the more you are going to sell and the more revenue you are going to make.
Verb went from adding 1.1 companies a day to 2.3 and now at the rate of 8-10
That is a 800%-1000% increase which is crazy good.
Let's take a look at Popshop shall we?
"Popshop is not disclosing how many sellers are now on its platform, but says that the figure went up by 500% in the last three months"
I think Verb is signing up customers faster.
Popshop raised $20M almost a year ago and was valued at $100M. I suspect it's a lot higher now.
Popshop Live raises about $20M at a $100M valuation for its livestream shopping platform for hipsters - July 8, 2021

"Sellers on Popshop Live are seeing gross merchandise value of $500,000 and more, with 80% of customers returning within 30 days to buy more."
Not sure what that even means. Total sales on Popshop were 1/2 a million so Popshop took in 6% which is $30K?
Homework exercise for investors. Go look at Popshop. Watch a few events. Pick any you want. I bet you'll see why big and small brands are choosing Market.

Now go over to NTWRK and watch one of their streams. Here's one...

Oh hell, do the trifecta and watch Whatnot that is valued at $1.5B last Sept.

Each of these sites have their place, niche and audience, but I think investors will easily see the big difference between Verb's Market and these 3.
With some I feel like I'm watching someone with a table at a flea market.
