I'm not going to read into things...felt the sting

The recent executive team hiring tells me he needs help - naturally - to handle the executive decision making and responsibility to keep the working parts moving. He had to also make it attractive enough to hire these people away from their current positions. I have not lost faith in Doc. But we are ALL human and maybe he's gotten a lil beat down with concern over his wife's health and his own and having to run and oversea multiple company's. Not an easy task to say the least. When you strip the accolades and titles he's just an ordinary guy with extraordinary business savvy. I think hes realized this now later in life that he's gotta shift the responsibilities to others. 20+ years in the making and we're in the home stretch...hard to fathom hard to wait...but it is what it is.
not giving excuses but we aren't in his shoes...easy to be armchair executives sitting behind a screen.( that's funny actually - many are sitting in chairs in board meetings...hahaha ) Even those who run businesses proly aren't running multiple entities...
