Some here lack patience, see other stocks moving, and wander away... new investors might chance across the stock, glance at a chart, do a little superficial DD and assume OTC hype. Seems like its same 50 people now trading each other shares....
biotech stocks need stories from outside sources, hard data, offers. At some point after a lull or downturn stock is expected to deliver, not promise.
