"Cytodyn's most grievous error was believing the US was sincere when they claimed they would bring promising and safe drugs forward through the EUA process."
- perfectly sums it up. Nadar may not have been the best CEO to take Cytodyn across the finish line, but in lieu of all the other companies with apparently safe and effective therapeutics or vaccines that have been rejected or slow-walked for the last 2 years, NO CEO or non BP company was allowed to jeopardize the EUA status of BP vaccines, the only approved method to fight COVID 19. Money and greed drove the decisions, the regulators were and are corrupt, and until these people are exposed and prosecuted, I don't expect any change, at least not in the COVID arena.
I really hope a partnership with a BP will be our ticket to play, i.e., the opportunity to reduce suffering and save lives for many indications on a massive scale. It's apparent Dr Jay didn't think NP was the right man for the job, but when the system is rigged, the right man drives a crane with a wrecking ball.
