The company Verb is looking to acquire, Verb already has a 10-year License and Services Agreement. The fee and development cost were $5,750,000 which they owed $1,150,000 on and paid it in April. So basically not only is development done and paid for, but also a 10 year license. Now you know why Verb can dramatically cut spend as it heads to profitability.
Oh and Verb also paid 1/2 million bonus so the product must be high quality and done on time or else there wouldn't be a bonus.
Keep in mind Whatnot, GOAT, NTWRK are losing money hand over first. They only have one pony to ride. unlike Verb.
Verb still has the option to purchase the company for $12M. I assume at that price, the company has substantial revenue and is profitable. Let's get the sp up to $10 and buy them.
Oh and for the penny pinchers. What is $12M when you can rake in $500M. Perspective is a wonderful thing as well as reading filings, but do your own DD.
