if you understood why the name change you would be of a different opinion. in order to file the financials to be current; the sec required the company use univec inc to do so. so he had to change the name back from conglomerate to inc.
That was successful and completed.
he cant call this a conglomerate legally (correct me if I'm wrong pls) until the name is changed back and the filings include the amalgamation of the other companies involved. doesn't matter what we call it..he could call the company mickey mouse and the contents of the company could house one or many companies. its a moot point really..granted u and many of us weren't exactly ecstatic when we read the Q1 - but do think theres a good reason why it didn't materialize like we anticipated expected and were eluded to think and believe..
what we do have is a new president a new vice president and a new vp of corporate development. hired to move the company in the direction its suppose to move..forward. i think doc has relinquished much responsibility for reasons he's stated. health and family. This i think will be the turning point for Q2. He needs others to share the burden of the complexity involved.
