If pressed to venture a guess I would believe a pecking order of events will follow.
1. Official PR of companies listing under EGOC, likely a week prior to #2.
2. Filing of financials for those companies.
3. PR with a syllabus of industries and future plans and projections/ambitions, likely same week as #2.
4. Filing of stock structure and amendments (if needed), likely 30 days after #3.
