If reliable information coming directly from the company it may be worthwhile posting this same alert on all relevant social media sites.
Why not get the social media platforms to easily ban the accused and legally qualified as B's violating their freedom of speech through opinions and facts and research. Just file a cease and desist to those violating their freedom of speech by expressing negative feelings or inaccurate promises. Then ask them to protect those posting promises about a stock taking off soon and big run coming and .10 cents coming and just like when the stock ran to .34 cents last year? Why not ask?
Seriously though, I would think it might be easier to go that route. Legal process creates more negativity around the company and the risk of negative information coming to light that would otherwise not be shared on social media. I would imagine it could be nothing more than a big mess throughout the legal process. It's pretty easy to see and understand many are upset with the consistent decreased value of the company's stock directly related to the company's performance and financials. Expressing positive or negative emotions in public forums seem to happening by the tens of millions by the day.
Keep us posted though. We appreciate any company information being shared on the public message board before the company shares the same information at a later time. I read all of your posts to try and get great news before great news is published by the company in the public domain. Thank you for sharing.
In this case, however, it might be wiser, next time, to first wait for the company to file any legal action. I know it must be difficult to hold back such non-public information when it fits your agenda. You're not doing the company any favors unless you represent the company's interests and were given permission by the company to post the content in a public forum.
