WOW! Kazi was right again. Just received this info. Vector Media now managing streetsmart's Ripta bus shelters for advertising. ONCE AGAIN NEVER trust a company that does not disclose these changes to contracts and agreements that may have a material affects on the revenue and the stock's value. When you have to find things like this out, on a consistent basis, from others' due diligence, it should make you sick.
Another horrible prime example: ceo and a few preferred shareholders vote for a Reverse Split between 1000:1 and 100:1 on February 28, 2022 but company doesn't share 14C filing with shareholders until April 11, 2022.
We won't dwell on ceo's side company startup last summer, www.MSWRecycler.com , never being disclosed to shareholders. Once again, Kazi had to find this info to share with investors to help keep them honest.
