Interesting situation here. SNPW future looks great. Especially with the recently announced new relationships with Foxess and PT. IDN SOLAR TECH. (“IST”).*

I'm writing this post specifically for newbies trying to understand the current situation of SNPW. Things can get very confusing when reading all the opposing views on this board (jmho).

All the "old timers" can stop right here as I'm sure they are all familiar with the facts and opinions that follow!

Yet some posters can only talk about a reverse split OPTION that has been filed with the SEC by SNPW. This is countered by the FACT that such a situation has existed previously in SNPW's history and yet this option was cancelled (FACT) apparently because the CEO (Nick) was able to obtain alternative financing (alternative to the dilution that would result from the combination of a reverse split with issuance of new shares for cash or to satisfy a loan agreement).

So there it is in a nutshell. Hope I have summarized the current situation accurately for newbies. So now, all the newbies have to do is either decide which way the dice will fall OR find a strategy that will protect your investment, just in case a RS is actually authorized by SNPW, but still be able to profit from a sharp price increase when such an increase is triggered by another event (like a PR, or upcoming fins, etc.).

Good luck!

*Some posts call it IDN, others call it IST. Either way, its all the same company! (info for newbies only)
