In a different post, you indicate that MRI images can display amyloid plaques in the brain. I don't think that's true in a living human (yet). Small bore high strength research magnets exist; maybe plaques are seen in mouse brains or brain tissue of recently sacrificed mice.
Cure cirrhosis and bring the liver back to normal in 14 weeks/doses? Cool. Generally, this board has not been about throwing short- or long-winded stuff on the wall to see what sticks. Good luck to us.
