As it say in what you quoted OPTION not a certainty.
And under the last time that option was available the position went from 0.002 to 34.9 cents.
A lot of people brought in the 10 to 30 cent range with that option in effect.
If you look at history the stock price actually decrease more when the last option was cancelled than when the option was available.
February 17th 2021 stock open 12 cents, option cancelled per 8k.
April 11th one day before def 14c stock price closed 0.008
2/17/21 to 4/11/22 No RS option on books stock decrease 12 cents to 0.008
5/13/22 with RS option on books stock closed 0.009
with RS option on books stock went from 0.008 to 0.009, that is up isn't it?
So how damaging this 14C could be to current common stockholders when the stock is actually trading higher than when it wasn't in effect.?
Apparently not much.
