We all do feel for his wife and we all do have her in our prayers. No one is trying to be insensitive about his family affairs. I have been involved with several companies who in the past have put out letters or notices to shareholders saying things along the line of due to certain circumstances or due to family related such and such things are not on schedule or certain actions needed to be taken. We were told about this only several weeks ago. God forbid anything had ever happened to Dr Dalton in the past before appointment of VPs and a president. Contingency plans need to be made if situations like this happen again or worse, death of the sole planner of a corporation that is publicly trading. Any company especially any that is publicly trading has to have an action plan that some else is right there to pick up the reigns if need be, so that business continues. So yes, we all wish Dr Dalton and his wife the very best, yes family first as always. But if he needs personal time, delegate responsibilities to your newly appointed president and VPs and keep your publicly traded company on track while you take the time you need. IMHO
