WOW! Kazi was right again. Just received this info. Vector Media now managing streetsmart's Ripta bus shelters for advertising. How does snpw have a 10 year contract and allow another company to grab 150 bus shelters (supposedly about 300 or so shelter panels) from streetsmart and become the goto partner by owning the Ripta bus shelter marketing link? https://www.ripta.com/bus-shelter-advertising/ (see article link below)

Article clip: Marc Borzykowski, CEO of Vector Media. “By adding bus shelters to the existing inventory , we have enhanced our ability to deliver scalable, hyper-local outdoor advertising opportunities to our clients in the market and support RIPTA
Article clip: As part of the renewal, Vector will now represent 150 bus shelters in the market in addition to the 165 transit vehicles already under management
ONCE AGAIN NEVER trust a company that does not disclose these changes to contracts and agreements that may have a material affects on the revenue and the stock's value. When you have to find things like this out, on a consistent basis, from others' due diligence, it should make you sick.
Another horrible prime example: ceo and a few preferred shareholders vote for a Reverse Split between 1000:1 and 100:1 on February 28, 2022 but company doesn't share 14C filing with shareholders until April 11, 2022.
We won't dwell on ceo's side company startup last summer, www.MSWRecycler.com , never being disclosed to shareholders. Once again, Kazi had to find this info to share with investors to help keep them honest.
Behind the scenes continues...more to follow stay tuned!
Can you not wait for all of that increased revenue showing up on the 2022 First quarter 10-Q next week?
So many "not knowing what they own". Lmao
imho
cheers
