The human being is one of the most gullible creatures on earth especially when it comes to rages to riches promises, no one is excepted from it we all fall for it just some more than others. Doc dreams big but can't produce it on the level he dreams, he needs to do as all do start small build it up instead of trying to start at the top with nowhere to go in my opinion.
Dalton is basically a real good man who has gotten caught up in his dream of changing everything wrong in the health Industry which he can't do, he can fix some things yes but not everything and what he can fix do it a little at a time build a strong company in UNVC one that large investors want a piece of.
If in my opinion he would come off his HIGH HORSE from past things he has accomplished which are many and good, they are the past and need to stay there this is now and he could build UNVC into a very strong player in the health industry.
He has to let the past be he has some good people helping him now that want UNVC to succeed let them take a hold of a good portion of what's happing and grow us it is time now in my opinion and if he doesn't then UNVC will in my opinion become a thing of his past that his ego screwed up. If his daughter are some real close friends can get through to him then UNVC can be golden.
He could have health issues we know nothing about that needs addressed by his family, and that is something very hard for the family to do but if so it needs done, and the reason i mention this is because as some have said the big things that happened was after the 31st so couldn't be in the filings ok then Doc should PR some of them in the next couple of business days as any legit CEO and businessman would do if they are able and thinking correctly.
I've said my say on how i feel things are good luck to us all.
