Some folks say the sky is falling, it has been stated by management that a R/S would only happen to move the stock to the Nasdaq, which would make the news today good news. The other good news today is that Anthony Franks (Tony) bought another $35,000 worth of stock. Now who buys into a R/S, especially an insider, unless upside potential has increased.
