I'm not predicting they're THAT stupid, but common sense was clearly absent from their previous attempt to steal LL, so nothing would surprise me at this juncture (expect the unexpected). I would imagine the foolish 13D'ers are still licking their wounds from their previous failed attempt to take over the company, and probably lack the financials and support to fund another takeover attempt. This is a little ironic given some of them still haunt the boards spreading fud and doing their best to tamp down any enthusiasm about CYDY and their financials. For example, we still see Bruce's valet and chief boot polisher, Closet, sprinting from board to board spreading doom and gloom about CYDY, which begs the question "why?" given that he's no longer invested in CYDY. Perhaps the rumor is true that he foolishly threw his money at Bruce last year and this is the only way he'll get it back (i.e. Bruce owns him). Or perhaps Closet and his minions (Sword, SAF, and 3X) continue to goosestep for Bruce because they still believe there's a chance the 13D gang has a shot at another takeover attempt. With NP gone, who knows what goofy reason they're still here, but I suspect they're still salivating over the thought that LL will one day be theirs.
