Here's the truth. And it's not funny. Very sad.

Quote:
I am sorry this is too funny complaining that a penny stock has too much in it's pipeline, that it has to wait awhile before marketing it's patented non glass solar panels..

Reply: company is broke and not waiting on non-glass solar panels. 10-K states they have no money to advance the ball...not even take a snap for that matter. But no money is just an excuse for not being able to get UL Certifications. Clearly, the patent is useless.

Quote:
Because SNPW is currently taking pre orders on its Brand glass solar panels as SNPW and its partner IST are negotiating with US states to build a solar panel manufacturing facility. You would believe anything the company tweets

Reply: Company is not taking pre orders for anything. Please post a link. And please tell us who these clients are relating to these pre orders. Most likely relatives and friends throwing up a few panels on their rooftops. You would believe anything the company tweets

Quote:
While SNPW has started selling FoxEss products in North America, South America and Australia.'

Reply: First tell us why the Foxess 1st shipment is now 8 days late from company's tweet being being delivered to a port 3000 miles away by May 6th. You don't have an answer because you don't have a tweet with another excuse why to use as an answer.

Quote:
With the help of its partner in Australia, REEA, who is promoting SNPW Brand solar panels and directing their customers to SNPW to buy FoxESS products.

Reply: You must have gotten this from a tweet because it wasn''t in the 10-K. Please, first tell us how REEA is doing with the feedstocks in Australia announced 3 years ago. What a joke

Quote:
That while SNPW is appealing to get the completely financed Medrecycler-RI approved.

Reply: Company has done more to get financing for the ceo's non-snpw side company MSW Recycler financing. Just Google MSW Recycler + Mississippi OPC

Quote:
and waiting for the political climate to change in Mexico to start the completely partnered finance joint venture in Durango Mexico.

Reply: Lmao ...the same political climate that voted 2 months ago to leave the same door open as the past 4 years with dozens of solar farms being built. You must believe every tweet.

Quote:
While at the same time COVID restrictions decrease and local business start to reopen there is more advertising dollars available for SNPW outdoor advertising.

Reply: You didn't get the memo? Advertising business is basically surviving by a shoestring. Vector Media controls bus shelter advertising now. Keep blaming Covid for another 2 years. Another outsourced deal giving away most of any revenue potential

Quote:
While also with their partners Reea and Aspire are working on projects in Australia.

Reply: Do you even know if Aspire is still in the picture after 3 years of nothing getting done? No you don't. But I do.

Quote:
Too too funny worried about non glass solar panels waiting its turn.

Reply: non-glass is not waiting for anything. The company is waiting with it's hand out begging for $ after blowing 10 mil on medi-ri. Read the 10-K where it mentions the company is looking for $ for every project after 4 yrs of burning cash and not generating a dime in the waste 2 energy and solar sectors. $ZERO$

Quote:
Man what a problem to have.

Reply: Yeah, it's a big problem when your stock is down 90% from a year ago and your knocking on the BK door, broke with no assets and no credit. Read the 10-K and stop guzzling the fairytale tweets.
,
Hit me up next year to tell me all of the same excuses, all the while, drinking the koolade about a couple of new projects planned to generate another 400-500 mil in revenue.

imho

cheers
