I am not the least concerned if this is going to happen. It is the timing that is hard to determine.
This board, me included sometimes, bring it upon ourselves, what we want to happen and the timing expectations. We don't know what we don't know. You try to merge 5 or 6 private companies into a public one. About the time you think you are ready to launch something else that is very important comes up that delays it.
