When DEM found out what the real pyrolysis process and risks entailed with residential neighborhoods and a college only a 1/4 mile away...it was game over.
ceo's choice for his side company, MSW Recycler (not disclosed to shareholders), location was so much of a smarter choice. Need to pick east bum-%$#& locations for recycling and producing toxic chemicals.
waiting five weeks after the ceo and his anointed ones to announce they voted for 100:1 - 1000:1 before filing the 14C was cute too.
not telling shareholders the company outsourced a large % of the bus shelter ad revenue to a competitor was also cute.
