They’ve tipped their hand to what they value their shares at (.02), and indicate they are desperate for $1,000,000: which must mean they don’t yet have any substantial revenue-producing contracts, nor are likely to have same in the near future.
IMHO, they are asking far too much of shareholders while simultaneously over-paying themselves. If they were “in the black”, as shareholders were told they would be, nearly 3 years ago, it would not be such a big deal. But right now, it is. No apparent willingness to “share the pain”; just keep manipulating shareholders.
