GNBT is a holding company. It defies credulity that all of the component subsidiary companies tanked at the same time and went underwater. We, as shareholders, are entitled to know the earnings and/or losses of each and every component. The failure to file the official earnings statement is a problem that could be partially rectified by an update as to which companies are operating, which have income, which have income but are losing money, which have "goodwill" or other asset value. This is the greatest sin Joe has committed--the complete and utter shutdown of communications with the shareholder population to whom a fiduciary duty is owed.
