...Looks like that NJ corp address has who-knows-how-many companies using the same address. Just finding out the public company, and parent to sun pacific power subsidiary, seem to be happy with hosting another company's online store on snpw website domain. Maybe snpw is getting paid for subleasing the NJ office and for use of their web domain.
Too bad subsidiary Bella Electric had to be shutdown. per the 10-Ks. That company seemed to be generating some extra annual revenue according to online research. Maybe snpw was using the former electrician guy's electrical license. Hope that guy has his own gig alone now and making good money with his license.
Guess it's easy to understand why the company has only had 2 employees for years per te 10-K
Oh yeah and ...too bad the snpw bus shelter subsidiary looks to be fading out too. Haven't seen any tweets lately about all of those solar bus shelters scheduled to be sold installed to all of those states mentioned in the 10-K. That was a beautiful vision for the company (2017 & 2018 articles), when snpw projected 66 mil in revenue over 10 yrs of that contract.
