Eat Well Group (CSE: EWG) (OTC: EWGFF), a publicly traded investment company, has announced plans for filing its audited annual financial statements for the year ended Nov. 30, 2021; the company anticipates completing and filing the required documents by May 30, 2022. Eat Well also noted other documents, such as certificates of its CEO and CFO, that are related to the previously announced management cease trade order (“MCTO”) issued to Eat Well by the British Columbia Securities Commission.
