I read the tweets like this:
Doc may/will be going to use Twitter as part of his platform for
patients to have immediate access to medical help etc..non hippa related.
Once ,and if, Elon Musk takes over Twitter then Doc would be interested
in being his partner. Whether Musk ends up buying it or not , sounds like UNVC will be including twitter in the UNVC platform.
