It IS a mystery… We’ve got solid NASH data

We’ve got solid NASH data which would, presumably, drive up the PPS.
But we’re holding it back and raising money at this low PPS.
Which begs the question: why?
The only explanation that makes sense to me is that there’s a Buy Out in the works and the suitor wants NASH under wraps for now, so we’re just raising $ to keep the lights on until the BO trigger date.
Now, the only problem with that theory is that so few of us think a Buy Out is likely pre-approval(s).
So what else might explain raising money while simultaneously holding back information that could help us sell shares at higher pps? It’s a head scratcher.
Bashers might argue it could mean NASH isn’t great. But there’s no way we’re presenting at NASH conference unless data is solid. Occam’s razor.
