This dude is so clueless! PLEASE READ and never believe anything he posts.
And a lot of consultants and engineers, what's your point?
When they built a 50K sq ft waste plant they outsourced all the work , why have excessive payroll if they can do this without all the extra labor expenses. He is saving the company millions on un needed expenses . When things go live they would need to hire employees, when the solar manufacturing goes live they will need 300 employees what's your POINT.
Just amazes me how Nick and his team can get all of these contracts and partnerships

Red text shows just how far from knowing anything about this company many are. The 50K sq. ft waste plane was friggin leased as an existing building. It's obvious they did not pay the hired contractors for assembly work when you read the 2020 10-K and 8-Qs. Check out details related to unpaid promissory note(s).
Bold print shows how clueless one is again. Truth of the matter the company p&ssed away hundreds of thousands when it hired contractors to do work before the company had all final permits from the state DEM.
Complete nightmare project from all accounts.
