WHY would there be an NDA if CYDY had great NASH information and was trying to get the best deal possible? WHY?!? Just let me know what you're thinking so I can have some idea. A company would tell EVERYONE the great information and then hopefully have their pick of offers, not just tell one place and take what they offer, not just blindly making a deal without knowing what others might offer.
There MIGHT be an NDA about what the OFFER is, YES, that would make sense, but NOT about the actual NASH results. There would be no need for that whatsoever.
