i spent a little more time on that unknown website with the EGOC info. Before that list of nine things, it says where the info comes from. my browser translated it as:

"In 2022, Liu Dong, chairman of the third online Tencent Conference Group, personally announced blockbuster news ○ More than 1,600 core new farmers across the country received the latest information of the group as soon as possible ○ Return to major industries to promote the implementation, which is inspiring."

My hunch on what it is actually saying was:

In 2022, Chairman Liu, in his third annual online meeting (held using tencent conference group technology), spoke to 1,600 new farmers and told them the latest information.

Again, that's my conjecture on what that paragraph is saying--translators are so tricky. and also, again, don't have a good read on the reliability of the source of the website. that said, a lot of those nine bullet points are quite specific. they are not random vague tidbits.
