Thanks for reminding us all that nothing has changed since 2019...or 2018 in many instances. One could take you confirming my point as bragging about this fact "Based on the evaluation and the identification of the material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting described below, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer concluded that, as of December 31, 2020, the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were not effective"... has existed since 2019. lol

So you must know the stock has also tanked 96% from .349 to .09 since late January 2021? If not, maybe you're starting to figure out why the stock price is less than a penny per share.

Here's a clue: Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were not effective for at least three years straight.

You may not care about information that 99.999% of shareholders need to know. But, there's a big problem when a company has to admit that the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were not effective. Why is that a big problem? Because, it's basically a statement admitting that the company may not be disclosing what should be disclosed...thanks to you... for reminding us ...for over 3 years.

Guess how many 10-K filings these potential projects and gazillions of projected revenue ...have been mentioned in? Ding-ding-ding...2019-2020-2021.
