Last question: From what I recall of our last company call - didn't they sound fairly confident about being able to salvage the required HIV data to resubmit the BLA?
Given the apparent 'just-the-facts' attitude of our new leadership, I would think that - if there were serious concerns about being able to recover the data, they would have made that very clear.
Anyone remember the BOD's exact phrasing re: the disposition of the data required to complete/submit the BLA?
