I suggested a class action law suit two and a half years ago, to be met with hostility and derision. That was when there were quite a few less lies to mislead investors than can be attributed to MXSG and Thompson today.
There is still time to file but the time is rapidly diminishing as well as the possible funds that could potentially be recovered. If you received ten cents on the dollar you would still be much better off than you are today or will be in the future.
