The mgmt team is not a bunch of 8th graders. Consider what they have to say per sec rules and what their audience is. Most are investors that know there relationship with the company is financial and the mgmt team are the ones paid to ensure the investors get the best for their money. They do not need to tell investors in detail how they are getting to those goals. There is a huge problem that is once they start being too specific, The haters will use whatever they say against them. We know this. I don’t understand how you think mgmt should blurt that out the details of every thing that happens. Deals must be carefully managed and telling a bunch of investors publicly info that would jeopardize a deal is stupid.
Which would you want? A deal that takes a couple months and does not get the best for investors or a deal that takes many months but is better for investors? The longer it takes, the more data generated. Unless you think they are lying and there are no NDAs?
