I do know & posted about EUCOM troops in Poland being "tracked & geolocated" by their mobiles. That was according to the Lt/Col interviewed by the Army Times. Those mobile devices are vulnerable. SFOR's (Ram's) patented IP could protect them from the Russian GRU.
