Common ownership...common biz space...secretive

You should not try and play dumb with this scenario. I'm certain this would raise the eyebrows of every investor if they knew a waste 2 energy recycling side company was being set up after snpw top subsidiary being Medrecycler was formed and in the midst of trying to get DEM recycling permits approved.
Just admit it looks sh@tty to the average investor not in the know. Just ask yourself why? Why would setting up a side company, in a similar waste 2 energy business space, not part of the parent public holding company, make any sense for the same ceo? Timing was horrible. Why not use the $ and time to include in under the snpw umbrella as a subsidiary? Anyway, you know the answer to those questions.
Your answer will, undoubtedly, entail things like "ceo can do what he wants"...to "how is MSWRecycler.com competing with snpw's subsidiary Medrecycler?"...etc ect.
Just sharing some due diligence that the investor, not in the know, has a fair shot.
Moving on.
do your own due diligence
imho
cheers
