Haely White and Samantha Gutstadt of DCMM knocked

What those that joined the event might not know is DCMM hired a studio and had a dozen people working on this. It was a big deal to them and the start of good things to come. Can be a big revenue generator for them and a great way to monetize what they do.
Lights, fancy big cameras, control room, mixing board, etc. you name it, they had it. The sound on Market was delayed and echoey on Instagram. A few investors comment in the chat. The rest seemed like they didn't notice, didn't care or not that critical as they were having fun. Having watched a bunch of these events on other live streaming platform, seller error. Something usually goes wrong, even on Amazon. It's what makes live streaming to thrilling. For DCMM, maybe too many cooks in the kitchen? Sometimes simple is best. Two turntables and a microphone. Bottles and cans, just clap your hands
There were a bunch of giveaways using the chat for people that answered questions. That made it even more fun, which is a big part of live streaming if you ever saw a few. I was entertained for the whole hour and only planned on staying 10 minutes.
DCMM had a moderator that would post in the chat and remind people they could purchase products by clicking on the 4 squares in the lower right corner. They didn't use the interactive functionality of placing products on the screen or the dual camera angles. Maybe the dozen people were too busy with the cameras, soundboard and lights? I think each company that holds events will learn from watching previous ones.
The host could see in real time who was buying and what. That feature was really good, "Hey, so and so just bought 4....". Clearly they were selling stuff.
Video quality was excellent and no pauses, stutters or need to refresh the screen. No app needed either, but you already knew that. Looked like there were about 250 people watching which is great for an online event. I've seen some other streaming platforms where there is less than a dozen which is fine to begin with. You want to build up your audience and keep having them back so you have to start some place. All these events now get recorded so it's the gift that keeps on giving for the sellers for those that missed the event.
So now investors that wanted to see some events, now saw at least two. One Live (DCMM) and the other recorded (Alix Traeger). Alix so far, is the best as she did use the multiple camera angles and put each product up on the screen for purchase. It can still be viewed here.

I do believe you have to register to see events. That way you can participate in the chat and received notifications.
Keep in mind I never even heard of Alix Traeger, Haely White and Samantha Gutstadt before these events, but obviously they have big following and lots of fans. I'd imagine their fans get an even a bigger kick out of watching the event of their favorites more than me who just saw them for the first time, but similar to if I was watching Larry David do one.
Overall I'd say...
