I couldn't agree more. I think it was cardamine or biz I think that has an accountant friend and posted and said the same thing. The longer he needs the more likely there is more substance to the filings. I'm ok too if he needs to file the 5 day extension also. Every day that goes by the better for us imo and have no doubt he will file on time too.
