(OTC:ERBB) is a cannabis company with operations covering premium cannabis cultivation and extraction. ▪ The market opportunity is large; increased consumer usage and favorable regulation and legislation are expected to drive U.S. legal cannabis sales to $46 billion in 2026, at a CAGR of 14%, according to BDSA. ▪ American Green’s largest client is Curaleaf (CSE:CURA/ OTCQX:CURLF), a cannabis operator in the U.S. with 126 dispensary locations across 23 states, 26 cultivation sites and a market cap of approximately $4 billion. ▪ American Green cannabis is used in medical and recreational cannabis products, including Curaleaf’s top-of-the-line “Select Brand.” The Company also has its own branded medical-grade CBD e-commerce store and has automated vending machine technology to verify and distribute cannabis, alcohol, CBD and other age-restricted products. ▪ Legalization of recreational marijuana for adult-use in Arizona, (American Green’s home state) Virginia, New York, New Mexico and Connecticut have opened significant new opportunities for the Company. ▪ The current development of American Green’s 40,000-square-foot Cypress Chill cannabis grow operation is likely to add ~$15 million in annual revenue (compared to ~$2 million in annual sales currently which would bring annual revenue over $17 million). ▪ Improvements at its Sweet Virginia cannabis grow facility are expected to increase the facilities revenue to $3.2 million per year, an increase of 60% over the current run rate of nearly $2 million per year.
