Larger question is why doesn't the company clarify the reverse status - seems that a simple update could put this issue to bed.
Back in August the 8k was filed for a reverse split.
Back in November the 10q was filed which contained this on the reverse split:
"On August 25, 2020, the Board of Directors, having authority granted to them by the shareholder on August 26, 2019, took action to implement a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1000:1. The action is currently pending FINRA approval which has had substantial delays. due to Covid-19 operations."
We are in January 2021 - is it still just a matter of FIRNA being backed up? Has FIRNA approved the reverse? Has FIRNA declined the reverse? Has the company decided to hold up the reverse? Has the company decided not to pursue a reverse? What is the story here.
Again, I find it odd the company hasn't updated shareholders with respect to the split.
My opinions as always.

That is a little bit correct and a lot incorrect. Pyrolysis has been around since Lassy was a pup. However, creating energy through the traditional process would violate the the second law of thermal dynamics as energy transfer always has a loss - in the case of Snpw they are creating energy through this process which is the key.
I think Snpw has something very valuable in the process - wouldn’t at all be surprised if the big box companies in recycle would try and buy and or license the technology. I think we are on to something very big here.
My opinions as always.
