Energy Edge Technologies Corp. (OTCQB: EEDG) has announced that it has begun the process to change its corporate name to Gourmet Wing Company and will simultaneously execute all steps necessary for a CUSIP and symbol change. These actions are deemed necessary by the Company to have the corporate name and ticker symbol reflect its new business endeavors. The Company will be making an application for a new stock symbol in the very near future.
