So then what RJ? Joe is off the hook and everyone just says oh well? Chalk it up to a bad investment when the management, led by Joe for the past several years said they made billion dollar deals, million dollar deals, gave dividends, all kinds of things and promoted the company, promoted a cancer paper, promoted a technology, promoted products, basically had people promote all of this?
From my understanding, there some validity of 6 million or so of debt in this bankruptcy. the promisary note is extremely suspicious. That being said, NuGenerex is valued at over 560 million - 580 million. So, how does that even impact any of us as shareholders and because of a paper that was written on the Cancer research concerning 10 years of study, does that even come into play?
Let's forget Covid, but the Cancer, the Excellagen, the diabetes, the doctor/video, does all of that account for well over 6 million in debt and would that help out shareholders in both companies?
Even at .50 on the dollar, it would be well over the 6 million that is owed to creditors... Heck with Joe.
