Havasu..you make it sound like a mechanical engineer would know what a defective BLA would look like and then have the chops to submit. You make the sale of 60 million shares a "new event" it's not....Your best and worst case scenarios are all subject to reveals of any sort...and are highly speculative...just like I speculate... you are a short.
YOU are still talking about an individual who is no longer part of the company and is at best a shareholder. Move on.
