That's the one that should work, but does not, all because of the human element & the idealism of this particular board.
Does this community care too much about people? Doing it the right way? Being respectful? Allowing anyone with a conscience to have a voice?

Mods tick me off? Yes! Because it is left to them. The worries of many, for a few to address.
It just doesn't seem quite right to depend on others for support when you need it & curse them when you don't. Not saying that it what you are doing, because your point is quite valid & not small- minded at all, but moreover a topic to be considered going forward.
