Huh? I nailed it.
Assets >= $1B in my estimation but people should do their own DD and not get it from jackasses, clowns, badgers or small pigs.
but even the largest companies have the same twitter trolls.
At least now for those that know how to read, you understand how spinoffs work. Me, I'm fine with letting the company buy out the 2020 notes and going for a ride.
