Yeah that's cool and all, but Calasse can take it up to an upper court.
That's why the shareprice didn't rise huge today. 50/50 says yes/no.
I'm saying Calasee doesn't stand a chance, he should have took the 10m shares offered.
I'd suspect GOFF to get put on hold now for a few months.
