BitGift changed hands a few times and no one ever bothered to transfer either the domain name or trademark from Triple 888. I guess updating either would take a tiny bit of effort, but it's what most real companies do.

In addition to currently building a specialized website and backend system for this product the company has completed the acquisition of the BitGift card and trademark details will be disclosed in financials . Additionally the product will be available as a virtual or actual hard card for customers."
Oh that's right. There are no financials with Trademark details. If they can't even keep a transfer agent for 'certain' reasons, how would they ever get audited financials let alone get them past the SEC.
