I don't think the pearlman shares are what EGOC was mentioning in their recent Material filing because Pangbo Group/EGOC and Lazar knew about those pearlman shares and the purchase of EGOC went full steam ahead and then EGOC filed for name and ticker change.. If they knew they had a problem with pearlman shares they never would have filed for a ticker name change and likely would have waited until said issue could be resolved. I believe there is some other minor issue of someone not returning their shares when Lazar and the court ordered them to be returned and that should be resolved soon. I also think that because the new owners of EGOC knew about the pearlman shares that they probably have a plan to deal with them.. Pangbo Group/Yicheng culture knew about pearlman shares and were happy to go ahead with the purchase of EGOC.. not worried about either group of shares and it's all just a side show in my view. JMO.
