That is the deadline for comments on the receiver's distribution plan. Nothing will happen tomorrow I'm pretty sure. The court will need time to review whatever comments are made.
Then there will be a motion to approve it which will take some more time.
Thinking about email the receiver and inquiring about Energy 1 because I searched all the documents on that site and didn't come up with any reference to it.
